The Bridge View Town home project is a residential development along the Piscataqua River in Kittery, Maine. The project features eight river view luxury town homes and two spaces for waterfront professional offices. The entire building site is .85 acres.
The grounds of 19 Bridge Street have been converted from an existing parking lot to a wonderfully landscaped front yard. Extensive plantings, sod, irrigation, paver walk ways, and granite curb highlight the site work. Hidden to the eye, however, is a state of the art storm water management system including sub-surface retention ponds that demonstrate the commitment to quality and the leading edge design of the project.

The project consists of eight 2691 square foot town homes with 371 square foot one car garages. Each town home has three bedrooms and two and a half baths, including a third story master suite. Two bedrooms and one bath are located on the first floor along with a water front deck. The second floor is the central living area with kitchen, living and dining areas. This floor features vaulted ceilings, a window seat, a gas fireplace and another waterfront deck. Finally the third floor master suite features an optional fireplace, walk-in closet, office, laundry, Jacuzzi tub and waterfront deck.
